This class is specifically designed for men, with the goal of removing any barriers that might prevent men getting into yoga
Suicide is the number one killer of men under 40 in the UK and this is in large part due to mental health and addiction issues
I’ve found through my own experience that yoga can act as a way to challenge our habitual patterning, get back in touch with our bodies, calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety and boost overall mental health
My intention with the Men’s Mondays series is to create a space for men to experience yoga in a non-judgemental, beginner-friendly setting, encouraging interaction, questions, conversation and feedback, to de-stigmatise yoga amongst males and allow them access to its incredible benefits; both physical and mental
