We are Shakti Kula and excited to announce you that on november 30 we are giving a yoga and ice bath class at the beach!
ONLY FOR GIRLS !! feminine energy only 🧘‍♀️
The class will take place in Cascais, next to Tamariz beach. Closer to the date we'll share the location on our instagram (@shakti.kula), so you’ll know the exact place (it's a 2-minute walk from Tamariz beach).
It costs 25€ and includes yoga class + ice bath therapy with the equipment included. it’s gonna be an ice bath in front of the sea, a completely different concept !! + healthy shots.
About the clothes, we recommend you to bring something you feel comfortable wearing (leggings, shorts, top...), a bikini/swimsuit for the ice bath and of course a sweatshirt for after the ice bath 🧊😮‍💨
It will last 3 hours, yoga 1:30h then ice bath and healthy shots and some socializing with each other which also feels amazing 🙌🏼
