THE SESSIONS
The sessions are Wednesdays 18:30 - 20:30.
Doors open at 18:00 and close at 21:00 so we can enjoy the sauna and cold plunge.
Every month there is an open house for new members to join.

​My name is Arun Thompson. for 7 years I've been guiding men into their authenticity, love and service so that they can feel the joy of living freely and soulfully. I do that 1:1, in men's groups, retreats and in a weekly movement class called Holy HIIT. I love to see the people I work with feeling relaxed, thriving and connected to their intuition.
